CFR Green Certification Program
CFR’s "Green Certification" program contains two parts designed to support your Company’s sustainability goals by significantly reducing your carbon footprint. 100% of CFR’s carbon fiber materials are recycled, 100% of the fibers are diverted from the landfill, producing carbon fiber material and broadgoods to industry at large energy savings, underlying the several great benefits outlined in CFR’s "Green Certification Statement"
Part One of this program provides to CFR customers a Certification per Lot Number (issued by a third party group) to support each manufacturers' claims to their marketplace customers these carbon fibers are 100% reclaimed fibers with great reductions in energy and resource used utilizing in the "remanufactured" processes.
Part Two of this program provides an additional Certification to the generators of the excess carbon fiber materials and scrap documenting for their reporting the volumes per lot/per year being processed into new product by Carbon Fiber Remanufacturing.
